Quoting again John Donne, we are each a piece of the continent. Achieving work life balance sometimes feels as elusive as being able to save a life in a fire. Yet it’s unrealistic that we will achieve balance in one broad stroke of the brush. Instead, we should go for the small wins that get us closer to the goal, and help us to keep moving toward it.
